The employee statement also calls for a "prompt" response on four demands made during yesterday's walkout announcement:
- The oddment of forced arbitration for every employees
- Worker engagement in oversight of hiring and publicity policies
- The need for greater pay transparency to ensure equality
- Employee selection of a third political party to audit HR and opposite company processes
That fourth postulation may already live underway at Activision Blizzard. In Kotick's argument, the CEO identified that a law steady had been asked to immediately "behaviour a review of our policies and procedures to control that we have and maintain best practices to promote a deferential and comprehensive workplace."
